Make the dough and set apart 2 oz. (3 level tablespoons) unrisen dough. Tint it green to make leaves, working the colouring in well.
To make the filling: Toast the sesame seed gently in an ungreased heavy frying pan until a light brown colour, then crush the seed to bring out the flavour. Mix it with peanut butter, butter and light brown sugar.
