  • Red chillies 2
  • Garlic 3 cloves, peeled
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 3–4 Tbsp


  1. Finely mince chillies and garlic.
  2. Mix sugar and salt with vinegar in a bowl until they are dissolved. Add chillies and garlic and mix well.
  3. Serve with steamed seafood, chicken or braised meats.
