This is an ideal party appetizer. It is very pretty to look at with its combination of black and white sesame seeds and bright orange sauce, and the contrast of hot fish and cool fruit is wonderful. Look for a firm-fleshed, non-oily white fish. Fresh bass, sole, flounder, and ling cod all work well.
