This is a celebratory summertime stir-fry, an ode to that orgiastic moment when tiny string beans, little squash with their blossoms intact, and baby corn hit the market in stunning array. Later in the season, you could fake it with corn niblets and bigger veggies, but if you can get the baby varieties, you can capture the moment with a great splash.

The pork will be most flavorful if marinated beforehand. The remaining preparations can also be done in advance, which leaves only the
