  • ½ cup (all-purpose) flour
  • 2 ounces (½ stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer. Blend on medium speed until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Use promptly or seal airtight and store for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
