Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chilli oil ( use Lao Gan Ma chilli oil)
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce

Method

Mix the chilli oil, light soy sauce, Chinkiang vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger together to combine. Pour the dressing over the hot boiled wontons, garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion and serve.
