A pyramid of smooth chocolate halls on a pretty serving plate mill charm your guests even before they have a taste.

Ingredients

Method

Make the ice cream and freeze. Line a baking tray that will fit in your freezer with baking parchment. Make round balls from the ice cream using an ice cream scoop and place them on the paper. Place the tray back in the freezer until the balls are very hard, 2-3 hours. Melt half the chocolate in the top of a double saucepan and cool. Use a spoon to help roll
