Children love this popular American candy made with milk chocolate, marshmallows and nuts. The bumpy surface explains the name.
Line a baking sheet approximately 15 X 25 cm (6 X 10 inches) with baking parchment. Melt the chocolate in the top of a double saucepan. When the chocolate has melted stir in the marshmallows and nuts, and pour the mixture into the prepared tin.
