  • 500 g (1 lb) milk chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • 12 marshmallows, diced


Line a baking sheet approximately 15 X 25 cm (6 X 10 inches) with baking parchment. Melt the chocolate in the top of a double saucepan. When the chocolate has melted stir in the marshmallows and nuts, and pour the mixture into the prepared tin. With an oiled palette knife smooth over the surface covering any nuts and marshmallows with the chocolate. Leave it
