If you ever go to Mexico City you must not miss the Taberna del Leon. My experience of the menu was to enjoy some outstanding local ingredients including calamares and artichokes; black bean soup with cheese and nopal (great cactus); salmon spinach and a mild chile sauce; then three superb chocolate puddings: Chocolate Cake Helena; Chocolate Micaela; and a Three Choc Mosaic with British Vanilla Cream (very patriotic). All of which are included in this book.
