  • 200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate
  • 100 g (4

Method

Slowly melt all the ingredients in a microwave oven or bain-marie. Stir until the icing is perfectly smooth.

Meanwhile, put the cake on the cake rack and then place on the sheet of acetate or greaseproof paper.

Leave the icing to cool slightly, then spread over the cake.
