Method

Heat the cream and pour it over the chocolate. Stir well until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Chill overnight — or for at least 4 hours - in a refrigerator. Before serving, beat with an electric mixer and transfer to the bowl of your choice.
