Unless the loaf tin is non-stick, line it with cling film.

You will have to make the layers separately. Place the 3 types of chocolate in 3 separate bowls.

Bring 200 ml (7 fl oz) of the cream to the boil and pour it over the dark chocolate, stirring well until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and place in a refrigerator to set.
