Here’s a wholesome and easy activity for the little cherubs at Easter time. All you will have to do is find an egg-shaped mould from a specialist store or supplier to the trade.

Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 packet

Method

Melt the chocolate in a microwave oven or bain-marie.

Combine the melted chocolate with the cereal or pancake pieces until they are thoroughly coated with chocolate.

Now you have a choice:

  • Either you can fill the moulds completely to make solid egg halves;
  • Or you can coat the surface of the moulds with a layer of the mixture to make hollow
