There are some recipes that always elude us! I have tried to make real Florentines, tested 3 different recipes and used up tons of glacé cherries and fruits. But I have never managed it, I don’t know why! So here’s my own recipe, which contains most of the ingredients (apart from the stress) of the genuine article.
