  • About 10 slices of stale bread, crusts removed
  • 150 g (5 oz)

Method

Lightly grease the gratin dish.

Cut the bread into triangles.

Melt the chocolate and butter with the sugar and cream in a microwave oven or bain-marie. Stir well and make sure the sugar is well dissolved. Lightly beat the eggs, add them to the mixture, then beat again until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
