Marquise an chocolat

I have included this recipe in the children’s section because of the “Marchioness” decoration (Marquise in French), perfect for a young girl’s birthday cake. However, many children do not like desserts that are so rich in butter and cream. If that is the case with your family, just make the marchioness’s full skirt with a selection of different ice creams. Decorate it with chocolate and/or fresh fruit and serve with little cakes or biscuits.
