Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), Gas Mark 4. Grease the sandwich tins and line the bases with circles of greaseproof paper.

Heat the cream and pour it over the chocolate, stirring well. Using the electric mixer, cream the butter with the sugar for 3-4 minutes until the mixtur
