Method

Melt the chocolate in a microwave oven or bain-marie.

Whip the cream with the mascarpone, then incorporate the Baileys.

Pour the cream mixture into individual serving dishes. Pour the melted chocolate over the cream mixture, stirring with a small spoon to create a marbled effect, then decorate with the chocolate flakes and chill in a refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
