Method

The chocolate layer

Melt the chocolate in a microwave oven or bain-marie. Brush over the inside of the pastry case and leave until fully set before adding the chocolate cream.

The chocolate cream filling

Heat the cream, pour it over the chocolate and stir well. Then incorporate the egg yolks and butter.
