  • 2 lbs. of potatoes
  • 1 lb. of apples, peeled, cored and sliced, a few blood sausages, sliced, and cooked in

Method

Boil the potatoes, but leaving them quite firm, and peel. Put them in a saucepan with the sliced apples and a little water, and simmer till all the water has evaporated and the apples are tender.
