Basic Hardboiled Eggs

The Instant Pot® does a great job of boiling eggs in 5 minutes of pressure cooking, with the added benefit that it is very easy to peel eggs after they have been pressure cooked. I have often found it a lifesaver to have hardboiled eggs on hand. It is great to be able to transform them into a quick egg curry.
