You can get pretty decent commercially made ghee (yes, I said that!). However, there is a satisfaction in making your own and it is done very quickly in the Instant Pot®. For best results use a dense organic European butter such as Kerrygold. The bonus is that this does work out to be much cheaper than commercially bought organic ghee.
