Sevai Upma or Vermicelli Upma is a breakfast dish that is super easy to put together. This is a very basic version that I sometimes even make with frozen mixed vegetables. Quick breakfast dishes like this are popular all across India, and the seasoning varies depending on the region. This particular variation is the way I make it in my household. Thin Indian rice (if you want to keep this gluten-free) or wheat vermicelli works best for this recipe. If you wish you can use angel hair pasta,
