Various types of tomato soups are popular on the Indian table. This particular recipe is my mother’s and something that I crave anytime I need a little extra comforting. In fact, the last time I visited India, I followed her around to master the steps and ingredients. Since she uses a pressure cooker for this recipe anyway, adapting this for the Instant Pot® was easy.
