This delicate fish preparation is another offering from the Parsee community. Here fish is slathered with a fresh coconut, cilantro, and mint chutney, wrapped in banana leaves and then steamed. Each diner is usually given an individually wrapped package to unwrap and savor. Now, one of the things I have done with this recipe is to simplify the process of individual wrapping, which I have found takes a lot of time. Instead I line the steaming basket with banana leaves to infuse the flavor an
