This chicken curry from the central Indian heartland of Madhya Pradesh is yet another recipe made easier with the use of a readymade sauce. While this recipe uses the mild Basic Makhani Masala, the herb paste added after cooking is fairly hot due to the addition of green chilies. I add a fresh twist to this dish by adding the herb and chili mixture later to allow the intensity of the herbs to shine.
