After spending weeks trying to come up with an adapted recipe for cheesecake I remembered this steamed recipe from the Bengali table. A sandesh is made from fresh paneer/chenna and can be cooked on the stovetop or by gently steaming it. This is usually a carefully coordinated process, but is naturally very easy when done in the Instant Pot®. Other than planning ahead to make and drain the paneer/chenna this recipe practically cooks itself.
