Here the cobbler components are rearranged—instead of biscuit dough topping the fruit, it’s rolled out and used to line a Pyrex loaf pan. Ripe summer blackberries are piled inside, and the dough is gathered up and over the top and decorated with leaf cutouts made with scraps of the dough.
