More than one generation of Chicago food lovers remembers Lutz Olkewicz’s wonderful baking for the Cape Cod Room in the Drake Hotel. His chocolate pie has double the quantity of chocolate usually used for custard fillings. It’s dense, dark and deeply flavored.
