  • 6 large, fragrant peaches
  • juice of ½ a lemon
  • 110 g

Method

Place the peaches in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave for 15 seconds, then remove to a bowl of cold water. Peel off the skins, halve and cut into thickish slices. Toss gently with the lemon juice.
