  • 1 whole, undyed kipper
  • 1 lemon

Method

To Grill

Pre-heat grill. Protect grill pan with foil and place kipper on top, flesh side up. Grill for about five minutes depending on the thickness of the kipper. Test at the thickest part to see that it is cooked. Serve with lemon and hot toast.
