Method

Setting the Table

Place the cream and crowdie in one bowl and mix well. Put the fruit into the other medium bowl and the oatmeal into the smaller one. Place three bowls in the centre of the table with the bottle of whisky and jar of honey. Provide each guest with a mixing bowl and spoon.
