Ingredients

  • Boiling water
  • Whisky
  • Honey or sugar
  • 1 whisky tumbler

Method

Making

Place a teaspoon in the tumbler and half fill it with boiling water. Leave for a few minutes to heat the glass. Pour out. Put sugar or honey into the glass and add about an inch of boiling water. Stir to dissolve sugar/honey. Add about the same amount of whisky. Sip immediately.
