  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon

Method

  1. To Make Dough In a Food Processor: Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Process until mixture is creamy. Add cocoa and process until mixture is a dark, smooth paste. Add flour and pulse just until incorporated but still crumbly. For cheesecake crust proceed with recipe instructions. For tart crust, pulse a few more times to form a dough and proceed with steps
