Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the egg, vanilla, sugar, and lemon zest with a fork; set aside.
  2. To Make the Pastry in a Food Processor: Combine flour and salt in food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process for a second or two just to distribute salt. Cut butter into small pieces. Add to processor and pulse on and off until butter and flour resemble coarse meal. Dri
