  • 4 cups fresh orange juice
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons

Method

  1. In a medium-large, nonreactive saucepan over medium heat, reduce orange juice to 2 cups.
  2. Add sugar and dissolved arrowroot to reduced orange juice. Simmer for 1 minute, until mixture is very slightly thickened.
  3. Cool. Add lemon juice and lemon and orange zests
