This is easy to make using your favourite plant milk (soya milk, or a thicker variety, such as almond or oat milk work best) and a plain (unsweetened) live soya yogurt for the starter. You will also need one or two glass jars with lids. Use a yogurt maker or incubator, if you have one, or have ready two thick, warm towels to wrap your jars in.
