Ingredients

  • 400 g strong unbleached white bread flour
  • 50 g fresh yeast or 2 tsp

Method

Set the dough ingredients out ahead of time in a warm kitchen so they are room temperature. Sift the flour into a warm bowl, reserving a handful (about 50 g).
