Basic recipe: Chilli con Carne

These Mexican-inspired crêpes are filled with a spicy meat chilli and baked in a creamy cheese sauce. They are a favourite in our household. As the filling is the Chilli con Carne recipe, I make the latter in large quantities and freeze some to have on hand for Burritos.
