This is one of those emergency dishes that Americans are so good at concocting. It is inexpensive and surprisingly tasty and good. The condensed soup becomes a creamy sauce for the noodles, pepper and tuna. Serve it with a green salad.


  • 2 oz (50 g) butter
  • 1 green or red pepper, seeded and choppe


Gently heat 1 oz (25 g) of the butter in a small frying pan and sauté the pepper until it is soft. Remove from the heat and stir in the tuna. Preheat the
