  • About

Across America leftover corned beef is turned into delicious hash and has been a favourite breakfast or luncheon dish for generations. In New England Red Flannel Hash is popular and is named for its beetroot colouring, which is similar to the much used and loved red flannel material. Serve with poached eggs fora hearty breakfast or lunch.
