  • About

This pie originated in Key West, Florida, where the limes are smaller and juicier than normal. It is delicious made with any limes, however, and incredibly easy and quick to prepare, requiring no cooking. When refrigerated the pie sets into a silky custard with a fresh tart flavour. It can be decorated with whipped cream to make it even more delectable.
