  • About

This superb quick pudding is popular in America and comes as a happy surprise when I serve it here. Seedless grapes, yogurt and brown sugar are the magic ingredients and quite delicious when served chilled. Do try it.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz (250 g) thick-set natural yogurt or soured cream
  • 1 lb (

Method

When buying white grapes, pick the bunches with golden rather than green grapes. Wash and dry the grapes and pull off all the stems. Mix them with the yogurt or soured cream. Place the mixture in a shallow dish and press level. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top and refrigerate. This dish can be made several hours ahead of time.
