  • About

The Israelis are ingenious with halva, which is sold in slices from great blocks wrapped in foil. The flavours vary, some chocolate, some pistachio and so on. These halvas are now on sale in some good delicatessens or you can buy the plain vanilla halva in small packages. This is one of the best of all ice creams. If you have a special machine, follow its freezing instructions. The method below is for freezers and refrigerators.
