  • 1 pre-baked 8-inch tart case
  • 4 dried figs
  • 1

Method

Simmer the figs for 5 minutes, cool, drain and chop.

Mix all the ingredients, and grind to form a smooth paste.

Fill the tart case and bake at 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5 for about 40 minutes, until the fruit pulp is cooked.
