Roasted Fillet of Cod with Steamer Clams and Pistachios

One of my all-time favorite things to do is to go clamming. I first learned to dig for steamer clams on Cape Cod; my stepfather used to take us to Chatham each summer to stay in an old Cape house with a well out front.
