  • 4 thick slices of white bread, crusts removed
  • 6 tbsp milk

Method

Tear the bread into a bowl and add the milk. Mix well with your hands, then squeeze the bread and discard the milk. Put the bread in a food processor and blend with the smoked cod’s roe, garlic, olive oil, groundnut oil and 75 ml lemon juice. Add the water, then taste and add pepper, and more lemon
