Ingredients

  • 2 kg boned and rolled loin of pork
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

Sear the pork in the oil in a deep casserole. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Cover and braise at 180°C for 2-2½ hours. Serve sliced, with the sauce spooned over.
