Marinate the pork, onion, garlic and chilli with the soy sauce and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
Remove the pork and vegetables and stir-fry in batches in the vegetable oil. Add the peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, then blend the cornflour with the marinade, add to the wok and stir-fry until thickened.
