Ingredients

  • 200 g chick peas, soaked, cooked and puréed
  • 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 onion

Method

Mix ingredients; shape into balls. Shallow-fry in hot oil until golden on each side, 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
